Inverted Smoked-Out Eyeliner & Ombre Vampy Lips!

Hi all! Some of you would like to see me do some more creative makeup tutorials, so here you are :) This look consists of hollowed-out inverted eyeliner which also has a smoked-out border, ombre black-to-red lips and a flawless full coverage base. I hope you like it!
