In this short Windows tutorial we will show you how to enable and boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10 on your PC computer, because Microsoft has disabled to F8 menu option before Windows boot up to let you select Safe Mode and other useful options, you need to use a special program called msconfig which enables you to restart your computer straight into Safe Mode.
