Here is a tutorial using 6x6 paper to make six cute mini paper fan embellishments and using the envelope punchboard to make four mini envelopes with 6x6 paper.

Measurements for mini envelope using the punchboard
6x6 paper - cut at 3x3 to get 4 pieces
Line edge of paper at the 1 5/8" mark, punch and score
