A compact silent seven segment numeric display with a built-in signal strength decoder. It can be hooked up to up and down counters or even calculators since converting from binary to signal strength is extremely easy.

It uses only basic components of the game (repeaters, torches, comparadors, redstone dust and lamps) which means this device should be compatible with all versions of the game!
