Before everything in America shut down, I got the chance to talk to multiple time world champion Thorsten Hohmann about his thought process while playing straight pool. Unlike 9-ball or 8-ball, straight pool (a.k.a. 14.1) allows you to hit any ball in any order, and when you get down to just 1 ball, you rack the other 14 back in the triangle and keep going. Thorsten has made a terrifying 408 without missing, so I figured he was a good person to get a straight pool lesson from. Filmed at Society Billiards in New York City.
