OPEN FOR ALLLL THE DETAILS:How The Measurements Work: measure around your bum in inches. Take that number, divide by 2 and minus 3. That number is how wide you make your starting rectangle. Please note this works best on stretchy spandex fabric.Shells: We got these ones off of amazon, but I would check in your area first for a specialty store that might sells large shells just because you want to make sure you get them in time (if ordering online) and that they will fit.
