Awesome MASKING and HIGHLIGHT/Zoom Effects / FREE Effects / Davinci Resolve 17 Tutorial

Two new FREE timeline effects for Davinci Resolve 17. Enhance your videos with the ShapeMask and Highlight Zoom Both effects work directly in the timeline. The shape mask will cut a portion of a video so anything below can be seen. The Highlight/Zoom createa a quick and easy way to draw an animated border around part of your video clips.

JUST SHAPE MASK
Use the shape mask to create awesome effects directly in the timeline. The shape mask timeline effect allows you to add a circle or rectangle mask to any clip on the timeline. With a mask applied, clips below in the timeline will show through the mask area. Adjust size, position, soft edge and angle and more.

JUST HIGHLIGHT ZOOM
The highlight zoom effect applies a highlight area to a part of a video clip. Direct a viewers attentiion to important information with an animated glowing highlight rectangle or circle. Dim the background and adjust other options such as color, size rotation and animation style.
