In this tutorial I show you how to make a Bionic Leg or Mechanical Leg, Robot Leg, etc. This matches the rest of my Bionic Armor line, so if you have not seen those videos be sure to check them out. This is made from 20 gauge steel, although you can certainly use other materials to build it such as Eva Foam, fiberglass or plastic.

Whether you are new to metalworking, working on your awesome cosplay costume, or an aspiring superhero like Cable, Iron Man or Batman, Jax from Mortal Kombat, Bucky Barnes or The Winter Soldier, or Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist or Fallout this tutorial is exactly what you need.
