In this fly tying tutorial Cheech ties the Blacked-Out Complex Twist Bugger. This version of the Complex Twist Bugger is pretty much the same as the others, but he used a single schlappen feather and it's tied in mostly black! Everyone needs more black buggers in their box, so don't forget to leave the tails nice and long and tie up a dozen!
