What is D-RATS? Sure you know what D-STAR is, but did you know there are other methods of digital data besides talking over a reflector with your GPS coordinates? How about sending files/photos, emails and real time chat. Check out this video, and maybe you will learn a bit more about this hobby. You will look smarter in front of your ham buddies.
