The Minecraft Survival Guide Season 3 continues in Minecraft 1.20!
This tutorial will show you how to create a 'super smelter' - an automatic furnace array capable of handling large loads of resources.

We take a look at smaller automatic furnace designs and how hoppers interact with furnaces to input items and fuel, and output smelted items into a chest! Then we build an easy redstone-assisted super smelter, loading fuel and items in using minecarts.

We explore ways to get experience out of a furnace when the items are removed automatically, revisit how blast furnaces and smokers can speed up smelting for certain resources, then we deep dive all the different sources of fuel and weigh up their advantages and disadvantages.
