Best Tripods Reviews is Here https://gadgetpursuit.com
in this video I will show you how to attach a camera to a tripod and basically each tripod can be a little different but the
basic mechanisms are very similar and you're probably going to be able to follow along with your own tripod and camera combination if you're doing video it's really important to keep the camera as steady as possible and the tripod is a very popular way as for photography if
you're taking long exposures and things like that you'll notice that the tripod can be a very useful tool also alright so a lot of tripods have basically the same principle they have a little lever in this case it's on the side here so you pulled the lever away and then the plate pops up and then you have that plate here so the little screw here that's what's going to screw in the bottom of your camera and if you go
underneath here a lot of them have a little thing like that you can use to help you screw it in or some of them you might require a screwdriver or something like that that's where every tripod is
different but basically it's the same thing for all of them and if you look in the bottom of the camera you have the quarter inch twenty thread in the bottom here so that's where you're going to screw the little screw in and there's different standards for sizes but 99% of the tripod mounts in the bottom of your camera and of the tripods are Porter 20 thread some of them are bigger if you go with the larger video cameras especially but most of the equipment that's actually affordable is usually the quarter twenty thread so you just go
like this it the tread you put it in the hole then you twist this in and you're going to want to make sure that you put it solidly so that the camera stays in place and if you don't do it correctly you just start again and all that as long as you've had maybe a turn or two of the screw inside the camera your camera is actually secured in place and there's no issue with that and then you take the camera with the adapter on in some models like this one you have to push the lever again so that the camera
can go down and then you close it like
this if you're not too sure I do
recommend that you practice without the
camera on first but after you get the
hang of your mechanism you'll see it's
really easy to put the camera on a
tripod thank you very much for watching
