How to do a Elbow Hold Star Shape on the Pole Tutorial. I love any and all things elbow hold! This is such a simple and yet beautiful pole shape that works on static or spinning. You can spice it up with a foot grab if you're feeling a little extra. Not gonna lie, the elbow holds do get a little getting used to if they are new to you.
