1. Barbell hip thrusts - 4x6 reps
2. Knee banded hip thrust combo:
8 knee banded barbell hip thrusts, 8 abductions, 5 second hold & 8 banded hip thrusts x3
3. Dumbbell step ups - 4x8 reps per leg
4. Smith machine sumo squat into RDLs - 3x10/8 reps
5. 45 degree hypers - 3x15 reps
Finisher x2
1. 20 knee banded glute bridges
2. 20 knee banded abductions
3. 15 glute clams .
