In this week's video, we are going to make a drag essential hip padding. The art of hip padding has been around long since the times of Shakespeare. The purpose is to give the body a more traditionally feminine appearance through the use of finely carved foam rubber. Though one does not need them they do help fill out certain costumes especially evening gowns.
