Scheduling is not the most complex topic but if you fail to give your dupes enough downtime it can really cause you problems. If a dupes only has enough down time for the bathroom but not food. Then they will not visit the great hall and they won't get the great hall moral bonus. That moral drop can cause them to stress out. Be sure to give your dupes just enough down time, you don't want them to have to much or too little. But if I had to choose I would give them a little to much.
