I Tried Following Anna McNulty's Back Handspring Tutorial

I did my best but I think my body is not in good condition. After watching it, I see that I'm not jumping with both legs, my right leg keeps coming first. And I keep bending my lower back that's why it hurts so much. Please comment some tips on how I could get it. Thanks in advance.
