This homemade power nibbler fits into the chuck of a mains power angle grinder and is capable of cutting sheet steel up to 3mm. For best results the drill speed should be in the range of 1500 to 3000 rpm. It works on the same punch and die system as a true powered nibbler, effectively removing tiny crescent-shaped pieces of waste in a continuous chain.If you want to cut aluminium, please use a cutting lubricant or soap.
