Just Fine and Dandy by Lisa Taggart
There’s nothing better than dreaming of lazy hills and a wildflower meadow. This week’s new release stamps provide the perfect elements to create that safe and beautiful haven.
In today’s tutorial, I show how to layer inks and PanPastels using brushes for that wild and textured look. I fashion the hilly landscape using masks and copy paper to prepare a backdrop for the beautiful new stamps. The opacity of paint and glitter pens provide the highlights and finishing details, creating the impression of a sunny hill drenched in wildflowers, dandelions, and sparkle. How could Olivia resist such a fine and dandy place!
