PENCIL SKIRT WITH FLOUNCE PATTERN TUTORIAL | KIM DAVE

What's up DIY Fam, this video is a pattern tutorial in which I share how to make a pencil skirt with flounce inserts. I developed this design from my basic skirt patterns here https://youtu.be/P1bvkcscWnw
You will need about two and half metres to make this skirt.

To finish the centre back, you can either fix a zip or buttons.
