The very easy way of doing this is to take your video and place it underneath your text.
Then set the track matte of your video to your title. And that’s it.
If you want to be a little bit more advanced and place videos in each letter. One way to do this is to split your title into individual letters as their own layers.
Then set the track matte for each video to those letter layers.
You can scale down and reposition your video to make the alignment perfect.
