-Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat: http://amzn.to/1K9HQUE
-Sally Hansen Salon Chrome - Gunmetal: available at Target
-Soft brush (e.l.f. Powder Brush): http://amzn.to/2alB2Gf
-Makeup Sponge: http://amzn.to/1VCNx4u
-Cleanup brush: http://amzn.to/1P0lvH9
-Clean up with acetone: http://amzn.to/1TlzxtI

►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use 2 coats of Blacky O as your base color
-While it's still tacky, use a makeup sponge to dab on the Gunmetal powder; after the nail is covered, use a clean sponge to lightly buff until shiny
-Brush away any excess powder, then top with Special Effect Top Coat and allow to dry for at least 5 minutes
-Finish with Seche Vite
