(Definition of a matching pair) 2 cells in a row, column or block, which have the same small numbers.
Matching pair + 1 empty cell. Count from 1 to 9 to find that missing number. When counting, include the numbers in the matching pair.
Matching pair + 2 empty cells = another matching pair.
If there are 2 empty cells in a row, column or block and one of the cells has 2 little numbers, then the other empty cell must have those same little numbers.

You can have up to 4 matching cells in a row, column or block.
When you find a matching pair in a row, column or block, any other same numbers in the row, column or block can be removed.
