????TUESDAY TUTORIAL: OMA’S MAC & CHEESE????

This dish has been served at every holiday get-together for my entire life, and I love keeping the tradition going with my own kids. What’s funny is that even when I make it the kids still call it “Oma’s Mac & Cheese”, so that’s its name now!

Ingredients:
-2 lbs Elbow Pasta
-8 T Butter
-8 T Flour
-8 C Whole Milk
-2 1/2 lbs Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-Salt/Pepper (whatever your go-to seasonings are. Be as basic or as fancy as you like!)

(I am using an 18X13 pan. For a 13X9 cut this recipe in half.)

*We have also made this recipe Gluten Free by substituting Gluten Free pasta and Flour.
