Understanding a native speaker in a 1 on 1 conversation is one thing, but we quickly realize that a much higher level of listening comprehension skill is required to understand movies, TV shows, interviews, and to take part in GROUPS of native speakers. So how can we achieve these higher levels of comprehension?
Today I share my transcription method which is an integral part of how I accomplish this in many languages as a polyglot.
