Vegan Base Gravy Recipe

8 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Medium Onion
3 Medium Tomato
1 Carrot
1/2 Green Pepper
2 Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
2 Tbsp Tomato Puree

Spice & Seasoning:
1.5 tsp Salt
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Massala
