►Step-by-Step◄
-Before starting, create your decals and allow them to dry
-On clean, dry nails apply your base coat
-Use Blu as your base color
-Carefully peel up the dry decals, optionally using a stamper to help with smooth application, and use Yellow Stopper as an adhesive
-Trim the edges of the decal, then clean up closely around the edges with a small brush and acetone
-Finish with top coat!
