Random Thought:
It's amazing what a few minutes writing in your gratitude journal can do for your overall perspective. I'm definitely guilty of getting swept up by small obstacles from time to time... seeing them in that moment as way more than they are. (Cue Carrie Underwood's "So Small")... but whenever I stop and think about all the things I have to be grateful for (big and small), my perspective gets back on track. Looking at the big picture, many of those little things that might make a day difficult really won't matter a week or a month from now. When life feels like a whirlwind, remind yourself that you have the power to slow it down. Put away your distractions, live in the present moment that you've been given, and as Deepak said above- keep stillness inside of you. Love you all!!
