This beautiful knit poncho is rated intermediate but if you're a beginner knitter you can totally do it - just follow the video tutorial and instead of the colorwork section, just continue with stockinette stitch or do simple stripes. Easy!

You can also adjust the size too as this is basically a seamed-up rectangle. Make it perfect for you!
