In this muscle-up tutorial, specifically targeting the explosive muscle-up on bars, you will learn how to approach the muscle up from different perspectives - the pull strength approach including training fro the high explosive pull-up, the push strength approach by gaining a strong dip, as well as the technical approach where we aim at learning the kipping muscle-up using a bar kip technique.
I believe kipping can be a useful tool in learning your muscle-up as fast as possible and to get the useful tool that is being able to practice the muscle-up itself before being strong enough to do a strict muscle-up.
