Plan Ahead: Believe me, this can change your game!! Instead of last min thinking, preparing, ordering.. Plan meals for the week in advance (including groceries), stock up on healthy snacks. This is reduce the chances of eating wrong!

Habit stacking: Can’t stick to one habit or lose motivation? Habit stacking can help you stick to your new habits easily. Pair it with something that you enjoy doing. For example, listen to podcasts while running on treadmill, 5 min of meditation just before you sleep, deep stretching routine of 5-10 mins as soon as you wake up. You can plan more such combinations.

Track Progress: keep a check on your weight and measurements to ensure you are on the right track. Have set points and stick to them. I have talked about this in many videos.

Prioritise Sleep: Build a nighttime routine, having right environment (dark curtains, no light, clean bedsheet and pillow, essential oil etc.) to ensure 7 hours of sound sleep.
