Today I show you how to build an Automatic Kelp Farm and create a 100% efficient Dried Kelp Block based Furnace array.
Smelter Tutorial Starts at 12:38. The smelter can work with any items not just Kelp. This farm and smelter setup will work in Java Edition Minecraft 1.13 or above.

This farm produces around 1500 Kelp per hour but can be expanded both vertically and horizontally to produce more.

Note: The build in this video is oriented with front of the kelp farm (where the smelter is) facing east. This might be different from your farm's orientation so the redstone around the detector rail may be slightly different for you depending on the rail directionality.
