In this episode I:

- get the research station set up and start with advanced research which will unlock jobs

- build a jobs board so we can assign dupes to jobs which will increase their productivity but also their expectations.

- dig down to access oxygen but also to create a place for CO2 to sink down to

- set up an algae deoxidizer for oxygen generation

- build a basic mealwood farm to supply food early on.

- build a microbe musher to make mush bars until we get our first mealice which can be made into liceloaves

- set up a rec room for relaxation with a massage table to manage stress

- build a polluted water pit

- set up a compost to turn polluted dirt into dirt
